To eliminate penalty fee, just follow simple steps. 1.) if you are going to register your car this September, or any month based on your plate endings, ex. ending 1 - every Jan, 2 - Feb and so on.. 2.) then, look and check your car plate number again, let say 179, the middle number corresponding to the week of each month, (see weeks table) here, it is clear that you need to register on the 3rd week of the month, not later and you will be fined, 200++ for late registration. the earliest the better.
